Using and caring for your Spare Soles:
Can I re-use my Spare Soles?
Absolutely! Spare Soles are meant to be re-used over and over again. The sole does a good job of not holding on to too much dirt. When you are done using your shoes for the day/evening fold or roll them up and put them back in the pouch.
Can I wash my Spare Soles?
Yes, Spare Soles are washable by hand or machine, although hand washing is recommended. For machine wash, turn them inside out and wash them with the gentle cycle in the washing machine, then lay flat to dry. Please avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals on the shoes. Please also avoid using brushes to scrub the Spare Soles as these may scratch and damage the materials of the shoes.
Can I go through airport security with these?
Yes, you should be able to go through airport security. But remember that it is a personal judgment call by the person who screens you.
Can I wear my Spare Soles all day, everyday?
You could, but remember that these lightweight ballerina flats are designed as a back-up solution to sore feet. They may wear out sooner than a regular pair of shoes and may not have the necessary support for all day use.
Can Spare Soles be worn outdoors?
Yes, you can wear them outdoors. They have skid resistant soles that will prevent water from going through the soles. However, as Spare Soles Original and Diamond come with thin soles & feel like wearing comfy socks, they are more suitable for indoor use or as emergency backup shoes due to their compact size.
Ordering and payment:
How can I order more than one pair of shoes of the same size?
After you click on Add to Cart, you will see a small box underneath the "Qty" column. Just type in the quantity of the products you would like to order. Once you hit the Checkout button, you will see a payment page for Mobile Lady. Mobile Lady is the distributor and retailer for Spare Soles in Singapore and SE Asia. Spare Soles are only available via our online Store (See 'Store' section on this website). We do not have any retail shop in Singapore.
I am not sure about my shoe size, what should I do?
The length of the S size (US 5-6) is about 230mm, M size is about 245 mm (US 7-8), and L size is about 260mm (US 9-10). Please measure your feet size (length of feet) with a ruler, taking care to measure the length from the back of your heels to the tips of your longest toe or toes.
If you are buying Spare Soles Original / Diamond and have half size feet or feet in between sizes, please go up one size. Eg. If you are between S & M size, (doesn't matter which size your feet is closer to) please opt for M size. The same applies for feet between M & L size.
We also provide a downloadable pdf size guide under our Size Guide - please print it out in 100% on A4 paper. Note that some printers may scale down the printout size. Our advice is to always check the accuracy of the pdf guide by holding a ruler next to the measurements stated.

Please note that sizes may vary slightly due to flexible uppers and we will exchange for sizes/colour/range so long as item is in good condition - clean, with original labels and packaging intact, unwashed and without any damage whatsoever. We regret that items damaged by accident or due to wrong usage (eg. squeezing feet into shoes too tiny or washing shoes with bleach) cannot be exchanged.
How do I know if the transaction has gone through successfully?
Once the transaction has gone through successfully, you will see a page with the following message: "Thank you for your payment". You should also receive an email from Paypal on the transaction. Your Credit Card and personal details will be safe as we use Secure ePayments systems to process all card payments. When you get to the payment stage of our checkout process you will be transferred to a secure server to enter your card details and have payment confirmed. Transmission and processing are completed by bank and your credit card details are not seen or kept by Spare Soles Singapore.
Shoe size and fit:
How are my Spare Soles supposed to fit?
Remember your Spare Soles are compact ballerina flats. They are not regular rigid shoes. Spare Soles Original and Diamond are meant to fit like a sock (snug). So if you see the shape of your toes through the upper material - it is OK. Also, check to make sure you have the right shoe on the right foot and the left shoe on the left foot. There is a sewn-in tag in each shoe that designates the right and left shoe for Spare Soles Original and Diamond.
Caution:
It is important that you put on the shoes and test out the size when you receive your Spare Soles, by walking about indoors to try them out. Spare Soles do not require "breaking-in", and should feel comfy and snug, with enough space to insert one finger easily into the back of the shoes when you wear them. If it feels tight and you are unable to insert one finger comfortably into the back of the shoes, the shoes are too small for you and you should inform us so we can arrange for a free size exchange. Trying to squeeze into or "break-in" a tight pair of Spare Soles will cause discomfort and may potentially damage the shoes. We regret that we cannot exchange or refund for items damaged by customers and we seek your understanding to try out the shoes properly when you receive them.
What is the elastic strap in the right shoe of my Spare Soles Diamond or Spare Soles Original for? How do I roll/fold my Spare Soles?
You will notice that your Spare Soles Original or Spare Soles Diamond was rolled up and secured by the elastic strap in the right shoe. This elastic strap maintains the compact shape of the flats. When you are wearing the shoes simply tuck the strap into the back of the shoe. You will hardly notice it is there! When you are done using your Spare Soles, roll each shoe from the top down and place them on top of each other, then loop the restraining strap around. This will help keep them rolled and compact. If it bothers you, go ahead and cut it out. Your shoes will still roll or fold in half without the strap.
Refunds and exchanges:
Can I request for a full refund?
We are confident that Spare Soles are the most comfortable backup shoes that will provide instant relief for aching feet. If you are not completely satisfied with your Spare Soles, we will give you a full refund of your purchase. No questions asked. (Of course, we would appreciate feedback on how we can make our products better.)
Spare Soles Singapore will give a full refund for any item as long as the item is in clean, brand new and good condition, unwashed, with the original labels attached, and without any damage. The item must be returned to Spare Soles Singapore within 14 days of the delivery date. Please print and attach a copy of the email from Paypal which indicates the transaction ID or receipt no.
All the delivery expenses for the return of the items, including any taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package shall be borne by the customer. Refunds will be made via Paypal.

I love my Spare Soles but I purchased the wrong size/colour/product range, can I request for an exchange?
Don't worry. Spare Soles Singapore will exchange for any item as long as the item is unwashed, in brand new and good condition with the original labels attached, and without any damage. The item must be returned to Spare Soles Singapore within 10 days of the delivery date. Please print and attach a copy of the email from Paypal which indicates the transaction ID or receipt no. For all exchanges please indicate your preferred size / colour / product range.
All the delivery expenses for the exchange of the items, including any taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package shall be borne by the customer. The delivery expenses incurred shall be billed to the customer.
Customers who wish to exchange for a product of lower price will receive a refund of the difference in price. Conversely, customers who want to exchange for a product of higher value will need to top up the difference in price. The price difference would be reflected in the bill for the exchange. All refunds and billings for exchanges will be made via Paypal.

I just received my order but I accidentally damaged my Spare Soles while wearing / washing them, can I exchange for a new pair or get a refund?
Like many companies, our exchange and refund policy is only valid for items in good condition, unwashed, clean, wth original labels and packaging intact, and free from damage. We are unable to exchange or refund for items damaged by customers while using or wearing the product, or due to wrong washing techniques or any other type of damage which is not due to product defect.
My Spare Soles arrived damaged, can I exchange for a new pair?
We inspect all Spare Soles to ensure that the items are in good condition and free from damage & product defects before we deliver them to our customers. If for any reason, your Spare Soles arrived damaged, please email us at [email protected] as soon as you can and we will assist you. Please include your name, mailing address, contact number, and the transaction ID or receipt no, which are indicated on Paypal's email to you. Please also indicate the defect in your email to us.
Delivery to Singapore and overseas addresses:
Are delivery fees included in the price?
Yes. Our prices are inclusive of delivery by registered mail within Singapore and Southeast Asia. Payment can be made through Paypal.
Do you deliver to areas outside of Singapore?
Yes. We do deliver to Southeast Asia countries. Please note that taxes may be payable for shipment to some countries and such payment shall be borne by the customer. As customs/tax policies vary widely from country to country, you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that we do not deliver to countries outside of Southeast Asia. If you are an overseas customer outside of Southeast Asia who accidentally placed an order through our website, we will arrange to cancel the order and issue a full refund to you.
How long does it take to deliver my order?
Once your order is placed and the payment is confirmed via Paypal, orders will be delivered to addresses in Singapore within 3-5 working days. Delivery to Southeast Asia addresses may take longer, from 4-20 working days depending on the destination.
It's been some time since I placed my order, but my Spare Soles are not here yet, can you help me?
