SIZE GUIDE
Spare Soles are available in 3 sizes: Small (US Size 5-6), Medium (US Size 7-8) and Large (US Size 9-10). Please check your shoe size by either:
1. Download and print out our Shoe Size Guide (PDF):
Please print out the pdf document in 100% on A4 paper. Do note that some printers may scale down the printout size. Our advice is to always check the accuracy of the pdf guide by holding a ruler next to the printout.

2. Measuring your feet with a ruler:
Place ruler on the floor. Place your foot on top of the ruler. Measure from back of your heel to tip of longest toe.
Small size (US 5-6): for feet size up to 230mm
Medium size (US 7-8): for feet size up to 245mm
Large size (US 9-10): for feet size up to 260mm
Buying Spare Soles Original or Spare Soles Diamond:
If you are buying Spare Soles Original / Diamond and your feet is in between sizes, please go up one size. Eg. If you are between S & M size, (doesn't matter which size your feet is closer to) please opt for M size. The same applies for feet between M & L size.
